Hey! I'm Rushikesh Pawar, a Software Engineer with a BTech in Computer Science from IIT Goa (2024).

I'm currently an engineer at Fitsol Supply Chain Solutions, building a SaaS Decarbonization-as-a-Service platform from the ground up. My work spans designing complex RBAC systems, building E2E notification pipelines (WhatsApp, Slack, email), AI-driven ETL pipelines, and high-performance carbon reporting modules with a Rust-based PDF generator.

I enjoy working across the stack — from React and NextJS on the frontend to Node, Rust, and AWS on the backend. I also have a strong interest in Web3 and blockchain development. When I'm not coding, you'll find me playing badminton or watching anime.
